About

Titusville Renaissance, Inc., known as TRI, is a 501c3 nonprofit which began as Titusville’s Main Street Program in 1992. After the conclusion of the Main Street Program, TRI continued as an all-volunteer Board supported through public fundraising.

TRI both spearheads its own projects and acts as a pass-through organization for local funding, such as with the Titusville Oil 150 celebration.

Since 2007, TRI has helped attract more than a half million dollars in funding to the Titusville area via grants, donations, and pass-through services.

Mission: TRI is an independent, collaborative non-profit volunteer organization working to grow a stronger community by stimulating progress and cultural vitality.

Current Projects: Titusville Area Placemaking & associated grant projects, Titusville Open Air Market (TOAM), Titusville Area Trails Association (TATA), Farm to Fork, National Trails Day, Victorian Street Clock in Fleming Park, event promotion for local businesses and events, & associated advocacy activities.

Previous Projects: Oil 150 partner, Woodlawn Cemetery Tours, downtown benches, trash & recycling containers, bike racks, Water Street greenscape, Titusville Gateways, welcome signs, aided in development of Queen City Trail, support for Tarbell House restoration, helped attract funds for City Hall interior renovation, and more.
